Usually, people are awakened by alarm clocks which are fine but alarm clocks can sometimes take the calmness out of our self-care routine. It can cause hurry, no peace, nor rest. So I preferred slow mornings where my body wakes up at its own time. Now don't get me wrong, if we need to be somewhere then alarms would be very beneficial but pick a day where you choose to do nothing and let your body wake up on its own time. You will feel so much rest and energy... How do I know this, well I tried this today… My workaholic personality felt guilty but the real me finally felt at ease. My body wasn't still tired, I wasn't grumpy and felt relieved. Sleep as much as you need because a fragile body needs it. We are not machines, we are human beings. Rest your body, soul, and mind so you may be restored
Slow mornings are better!
