Today I Makaila, wanna challenged you today to start being wise about what foods you are putting in your body

Ask your self questions like...

"Will this help improve my health or degrade my health"

"Does this food have any health benefits"

"what am I gaining and losing"


Because our health is wealth meaning if you dont have health then you literary have nothing and food plays a big role into our health by keeping our brains healthy, bones, heart, and even our spirits. Think about it.. when you're sick, its hard for the spirit man to feel joy,or healing you know... Hope I make sense lol but any ways food it can either build us or break us so please fuel your bodies with healthy foods.


I preferred the eating lifestyle between vegan( all foods except meat & meat products) & vegetarian ( all foods except meat) because in these eating lifestyles there are more consumption of veggies & fruits and healthy fats + protein

but do whats best for your body, you know
